i wouldn't reschedule. Cruise ships are clean and are free of the swine flu or other viruses, however if you are concerned : Schedule an appointment with your doctor for a day or two on comming home, give him any information that could be relevant to the diagnosis...

My mom, aunt and uncle (who all live in Texas) just came back from Cozumel a week or two ago. They haven't had any health problems since coming back, so I'd imagine it's safe to still go. They also went to the Cayman Islands and Jamaica incase you were thinking of expanding your cruise.
